This striking rock spire in Rocky Mountain National Park has captured my imaginations since laying eyes on it the previous winter during a climb of Otis Peak. At a sustained 5.6 this would also be the most difficult climb alpine rock climb I'd ever attempted. The rock did not disappoint and Fabio and I worked through it without much difficulty (though a thunderstorm did chase us off the summit). It was a really fun climb in an amazing setting.
