Terms Of Use
You are free to use the images on LeachFam.com for your personal use as long as you do not publish or distribute them in either print or digital format (i.e. magazine, newspaper, web site, calendar, newsletter, email, etc). If you would like to use one of our photos for such a purpose please ask us first. Nine times out of ten it will be just fine.
A few of the photos on Leachfam.com are taken by friends of ours. (We try to indicate the photographer in the caption of the photo when they're not a member of the Leach family.) We cannot give permission to use these photos but we can usually put you in touch with the photographer if you wish.
Most of the photos on LeachFam.com were shot with a 5 mega pixel camera and high resolution images are available for almost every one. These are suitable for up to 8" x 10" prints. You may request a high resolution copy of any of the images - simply hover over any image to obtain its name from the alt tag (e.g. 07_10_05ee.jpg). Without the name of the photo it will be difficult for us to track it down for you.
We are certainly open to selling our photos for commercial use (logos, ads, letterheads, etc). If you're interested please contact us for more information.
Feel free to distribute any of the movies found on LeachFam.com in any way you wish (email, host them on your site, etc) AS LONG AS they are kept intact in their entirety.
